Sarah spent 20 years flying helicopters in the military on combat operations. Her military career saw her triumph (and fail) as a leader, team player, risk manager, strategist, mentor and facilitator. This included multiple combat front line tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Sarah believes that human beings are extraordinarily capable when the correct training is made available …and she’s on a mission to revolutionise wellness culture and give business leaders their power back.
She specialises in 2 areas:
