BUT training and commitment is the key.
When we practise mindfulness we do well to follow the military lead - train train train your brain when you are calm so that it knows what when the bullets are flying.

BUT you can practice mindfulness WHILST DOING THE THINGS YOU LOVE. For example, wine-tasting.
So we can make mindfulness training "easy" by having more fun whilst we do it. Ta-dah!
