The human brain is extraordinary and can be trained to be… well anything we want it to be. We can absolutely train our brains to be stronger and more resistant to stress.
BUT training and commitment is the key.
When we practise mindfulness we do well to follow the military lead - train train train your brain when you are calm so that it knows what to do when the bullets are flying.

BUT you can practice mindfulness WHILST DOING THE THINGS YOU LOVE. For example, wine-tasting.
So we can make mindfulness training "easy" by having more fun whilst we do it. Ta-dah!
