Why WELL BE IT

I have a first class education and have spent 20 years flying helicopters in the military on combat operations.   So I know how to excel in a dynamic and highly pressured environment.  


This is what 20 years of leadership in military war zones has taught me:
- confident capable people don’t always feel as strong as they look
- personal resilience and fulfilment is NOT instinctive
- BUT humans have an amazing capacity to adapt, grow AND flourish even in the toughest conditions...when we know how. 


Everything  I  have  experienced  has  led  me  to  have  a  huge  amount  of  respect  for  humanity   and  I  have  limitless  faith  in  our  ability  to  grow  and  learn.    I’m here to help  people  on  that  journey.    And  to  help  people  discover  their  true  awesomeness.
